WSI Homework
I have found that during the courses many of the candidates seem to have questions about the homework assignments, so I will post them here, as well as, I have broken down each assignment and have provided helpful information to different resources.
JOURNALS
After each class and/or lesson experience I will expect you to write a journal entry. This does not have to be long but it does have to be geniune and honest. This is a good time to ask for clarification or advice on something you have a question about because I will be reading them the next class. Topics will be assigned each class.
LESSON PLANS
You are REQUIRED to have a short term lesson plan for everyhing that you will be teaching unless I specify otherwise. On the WSI Homepage I have uploaded a blank copy of the lesson plan. You will be needing to have lesson plans for all or your "Teaching Experience" lessons when you teach. If you do not have it, you will NOT be teaching. Myself and/or the supervising instructor will be looking at them before you teaching and approving them. I have added a couple samples of good lessons plans on the WSI Homepage.
